Refund policy

You can place the request for return of the unused products you have ordered within 5 working days of the date of receipt. Please note that used products cannot be returned. Products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way. Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged/ defective state (with genuine evidence) or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. For any other queries, please contact us through email or call on our phone number. Returns will not be accepted if –

• The Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
• The Product is returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories
• The original packaging is damaged
• The Serial Number is tampered
• The product return request is initiated after the aforementioned stipulated time
